The agenda and speakers for our conference on Monday 30 September 24, at North Lakes Hotel Penrith, 9am-4pm are confirmed below:
The speakers:
- John Falconbridge – working for Capita on behalf of the DfE on the national flexible working project in education.
- Tim Farron MP – our local liberal democrat MP, updating us on the impact of the new government on the education sector.
- Matt Hood – CEO of the Oak National Academy, speaking on workload management and the impact of AI.
- Eleanor Tweddell – founder of Another Door, recently having worked with Bafta on cultural change – speaking about shifting workforce culture during times of change.
- Natalie Ruane – Company Director, Just People, setting out the legal framework and its constraints.
