Service Model Options

At Just People HR, we offer a full range of HR and Legal services and will work with you to find a solution that meets your individual needs. Our model is not a one size fits all.  We have the flexibility to scale up or down the level of support you need year on year. Here are some examples of our contract options available to you.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

Our clients become ‘members’ of our services.  You will pay a fixed annual fee and this will include the following:

• Unlimited helpline for ad hoc questions / queries / sounding board / email and telephone advice about any employment related issue.
• A developing online offering to include updates, commentary on topical issues, blogs, short training notes/videos and FAQs.
• Allocation of an Account Manager who will be your main point of contact.
• Half termly account management meetings with relevant advisors (strategic/legal/HR) to discuss HR issues, ongoing cases and the service provision.
• Benefits arising out of union relations/collaboration forum.
