Legal Advice

All HR advice given by us has had legal input. Our employment lawyers, Natalie, Jo and Victoria, review all substantive advice that is issued and undertake risk assessments from a legal viewpoint.

We are also able to provide discrete legal advice on specific issues, manage employment tribunal claims, draft legal documents (such as settlement agreements) and consult with trade unions in accordance with statutory requirements.

We work closely with a selection of lawyers outside of our business, where legal advice is needed on matters other than employment law. We select our contacts carefully based on their expertise in the sector and have firm links with lawyers dealing in SEND, property law, charity law and commercial litigation. Where external lawyers are brought in to advise, you are made fully aware of their involvement.
