Account Management
Every school has an account manager. This person deals with the majority of the school’s work, subject to capacity/best fit skills set. In addition to contact through day-to-day work, the account manager meets each half term with school leaders, to review the operation of the contract and plan future needs. We like to develop personal relationships and become part of your organisation, rather than acting as a reactive service provider. This is largely achieved through regular communication and an understanding of overarching issues affecting the school on an ongoing basis.
