We have a unique perspective as a result of working with many schools across the County. This helps us connect the dots, put people in touch and pick up on issues that are impacting on more than one school. This position has supported school leaders seeking to grow their Trusts, provided leadership support opportunities for schools, brought the local authority into discussions and has facilitated collaboration within the sector.
