Strategic HR

As schools or Trusts develop, key HR priorities and areas of strategic support may be identified. We are well versed in scoping more significant projects – these might include restructuring staff, other change management (for example, a new pay structure) or TUPE work (for example, joining or expanding an academy Trust).

We are also experienced in providing more widespread support to senior leaders/CEOs – acting as a sounding board for ideas and working on longer term strategy issues.

Natalie sits as a Director on the Board of a multi academy trust, dealing with strategic and governance issues.
