HR Helpline

We understand the importance of being able to speak to an advisor on any HR related issue, no matter how small. We build relationships with all our clients who each have a dedicated account manager who understands individual needs and requirements and deals with all day to day HR queries through our dedicated helpline.

The helpline is used for queries of a one off/relatively minor nature.  This typically includes queries about STPCD, policies and procedures, terms of employment, absence management, flexible working, recruitment, payroll and pension issues, appraisals, maternity or other family leave and any other ad hoc HR issue.

We do not give “stock answers” to queries – we will speak to you to understand the circumstances around the query and, where needed, we will liaise with other stakeholders such as your payroll provider, unions or the local authority.  Our style is to “bottom things out”, not get it off our desks.  We respond quickly, but comprehensively.
