Resolving Conflicts

Our style is to resolve conflicts where possible and to focus on solutions. Eleanor is a trained mediator. Natalie has extensive experience of negotiating settlements and of judicial mediation.  We work closely with trade union colleagues to resolve matters before they escalate. We know the law but we do not take a litigious approach.
